I find these easy to take and help me relax and sleep better. I would recommend.

Sleeping so well!

This Ashwagandha root powder capsules have been wonderful. I'm a big fan of this root, I've used it for some time across different brands to help me sleep or relax. I love that this brand is organic (or at least claims to be) and is combined with black pepper extract to help you absorb it. You get a nice dose in one capsule, but I usually like to take two still for sleeping. I've had no ill side effects, and zero issues with taste. They are slightly bigger than the ones I usually take, but still very manageable. I appreciate that they are vegan and gluten free as well, those are super important factors to me.

Great Sleep Aid

I sometimes struggle to sleep and was reading about the benefits of Ashwagandha as a sleep aid so decided to give this one a try. After a few uses I am a believer. I am able to relax at night and sleep much better than normal which is wonderful. The capsules are easy to swallow and have no taste. So far I've seen no adverse effects of taking this so I definitely plan to make this part of my regular routine.

What I can say for certain is this is a quality product. The bottled was securely sealed and the pills smelled very fresh. The pills are easy to swallow and are less than 3/4" long.
